Unfortunately no data is going to transfer from LensFerry. But we have you covered with our EMR integrations. You get to start with a clean slate for your patients, your staff and your practice and we will help you hit the ground running.

It is our goal to be integrated with as many EMR systems as possible. If yours is not integrated, you can still use and be very successful with our platform. Some of our most successful users are using our unintegrated platform. If we are not integrated with your EMR please reach out to your EMR and request they integrate with Dr. Contact Lens. It takes all of us to push our EMRs to be better.

Our software was built with both the patient and the staff in mind so anyone in the office can learn it easily. Our experienced onboarding team is there to guide you from start to finish and beyond. Our onboarding process includes one in depth virtual training along with follow-up easy-to-watch videos and ongoing support.

When you have a new teammate who needs training, it’s no problem. Make an appointment with one of our onboarding specialists and we will train them for you.

Anything worth doing is going to take a little frontend work, but this will be one process that you will never have to worry about again.

We all know the saying that nothing is free in life. The same goes for these other platforms. We are up front with our costs for data storage, future development and customer support. You deserve the very best which is why we charge for our service. In our community everyone has value including you, your patients, your staff, and our staff.

Our software and process start with a onetime onboarding fee of $999 and a monthly fee of $299/month. Before you say, “Wow! That is a lot!” consider this. Most offices that we onboard pay for that fee in the first month of use when they follow our process.
